Want to play for the Rheinland Lions? We train twice weekly in-season at Jahnwiese next to the RheinEnergie STADION in Junkersdorf (home of F.C. Köln). 

 

Running shoes/football boots and suitable running clothes are all you need.

Winter off-season training (October to March):

​Innerer Gruenguertel at Colonius-Turm, Innere Kanalstrasse.

Public transport: Trains to Köln West; 3,4,5 (Trams); 172 (Bus)

Summer training (April to September):

Jahnwiese at RheinEnergie STADION, Junkersdorfer Strasse.
